Reaktion Titles Named Outstanding by Choice

Three Reaktion titles have been recognised for their excellence and originality in Choice magazine’s prestigious list of Outstanding Academic Titles for 2019. 

The Story of Soy by Christine M. Du Bois, Bill Leatherbarrow’s The Moon, and Egypt: Lost Civilizations by Christina Rigg were praised for their presentation and scholarship, the significance of their contribution to the field, and their originality and value.

Founded in 1964, Choice is a publishing unit of the American Library Association and now reaches more than 18,000 librarians, faculty and decision makers. The list reflects the best in scholarly titles reviewed by Choice and brings with it the extraordinary recognition of the academic library community.
