Reaktion authors elected to the British Academy

We are delighted to announce that Reaktion authors Matthew Gandy and Steven Connor have been elected as Fellows of the British Academy, in recognition of their outstanding contribution to research.

At its Annual General Meeting (14 July 2016), the Academy elected 42 distinguished UK academics as Fellows. Their research areas span the breadth of the humanities and social sciences, including law, linguistics, economics and history.

The British Academy is the UK's national body for the humanities and social sciences – the study of peoples, cultures and societies, past, present and future.

A full list of the new British Academy Fellows and their institutions can be found on the British Academy website.
